Luckily, we have a few great tips to keep your back safe as you hit the High Street this Christmas:
1: Drink plenty of water as this will reduce the risk of inflammation. It’s a good idea to carry a bottle of water around with you as you shop so that you can keep taking regular sips.
2: Use a trolley whenever you are able to. This will help to reduce the load on your spine.
3: Do your Christmas shopping in stages as this will prevent you from having to carry lots of heavy bags at once.
