If you do then the chances are your posture is suffering. You may even find that you are experiencing back pain.
This is not surprising as your poor posture can have a detrimental impact on your back.
The good news is that you can incorporate a simple three minute programme into your daily routine to improve your posture and help prevent back pain.
This three minute programme is called Straighten Up UK and has been developed by the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) to promote balance, strength and flexibility in the spine.
The exercises and stretches included in the programme are easy to learn and can be adapted to suite your needs – talk to your GP, chiropractor or other health care practitioner for advice.
