Sitting at a computer

Sitting down puts around 40% more pressure on your spine than standing. And the likelihood is you won’t be thinking about your posture when you’re working hard towards a deadline!

You’re feeling stressed

Feeling stressed or anxious can have a negative impact on your physical health. Long term or short term stress can cause the muscles in your neck to tense up and tighten. And muscles that are regularly tight can cause neck pain.

Your mattress is old

If your mattress or pillow is more than 7 years old, then it’s probably time to get shopping!
